Your first visit to Kircher Family Dentistry involves a few special steps so that we can get to know you. To understand what to expect, please read through this page. Appointment Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be changed. However, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If less than 24 hours’ notice is given or if an appointment is missed two or more times, we may need to dismiss you from our practice to ensure we can provide care to all patients who need it.
We appreciate your understanding — our time, as well as yours, is valuable.

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Please bring all new patient paperwork as well as an updated medication list and your dental insurance card with you to your appointment.
